The picture on the left is the basic reporting line in BPS. However, associates are move to work under different Project Managers based on the projects and their respective area of profession.

As for me, I was placed under my supervisor/ manager, Puan Farah where I would help her and the associates working under her projects. Therefore, I was exposed to a few different projects by working with many different associates. There was not specific reporting line as I will have to report to the person who gave me work.
