For me, setting expectations and goals are very important as a first step in doing anything. It is important because it is a guideline of what I want to achieve and being able to achieve what I've set ahead of me means I am ready to improve myself and take on a new challenge and new goals.

Interns do not usually get tasks with high responsibilities because we are there to learn, grow and build our knowledge. Therefore, before starting my internship, I've set a few expectations and goals which I want to meet at the end of my internship.
